Its the last final day of the LAWASIA Moot Competition 2008!
The judges just entered the court room for the first session of the finals.
The teams competing would be the University of Hong Kong vs. University of Philippines!
The Philippines team is currently the applicants while the Hong Kong team is playing the roles of respondents.
Creator of the moot problem, Dr. Myint Zam is one of the three judges for the morning session.
Joined with Dr. Zam would be The Honorable Dato' Gopal Sri Ram, prominent judge of the Malaysian Court of Appeal. The third judge is Mr. Lam Ko Luen, partner in acclaimed Malaysian law firm Shook Lin and Bok.
Teams will be meeting until 11.30am.
Competition will resume at 1pm where Hong Kong will play applicant, and vice versa.
