Honestly, I didn’t have any interest in law when I first enrolled myself into it. One would only think that law is all about reading thick books and memorizing every single word of it and regurgitate every word in our exam papers. Who would have thought that in between all the thick books and countless hours of studies there could be another totally different side of law. There would be mooting, public forum debates, trips to various courts and legal departments and even charity work.
Being a law student means that you are preparing yourself for what is to come in the legal profession world. We must prepare ourselves for it and the only way is to think as a lawyer. What is more of a better way than to actually see them in action? After completing my 1st year of law, I have a totally misconception of law from when I first started. If I was given another chance to choose a different faculty, my option would still be LAW!
