Well, I am currently pursuing my law degree (Bachelors of Law Programme, LLB) in Kemayan ATC Malaysia as an external student to the University of London. I am a first year student to the university and I have just started the programme in January 2008. Being a law student can be tiring and challenging at times for it requires a fair amount of reading and researching, from pages of judgements to piles of law reports! We are always required to be updated on the law developments in UK. Many sacrificies are made, especially in our social calender, as much time and effort is needed to be a good law student.
It is expected that students are to be more outspoken and critical in their thinking. Besides this, originality, creativity and speed are also required in answering questions during exams. This is one of my biggest challenges! Being a law student in a degree programme has made me more mature in thinking which gives me substantial opinion on things. Overall, I have become increasingly argumentative even when it is not required!
